7. Delivery

Typical delivery times are 1–4 working days after payment confirmation.

If we are unable to deliver within 10 working days, we will notify the customer.

Customers may cancel their order if the delay exceeds 10 working days, and a full refund will be issued.

8. Returns and Refunds

Customers may return products within 7 working days from the date of delivery if they are not satisfied.

Conditions:

  • Products must be returned in original condition

  • Products must not be damaged or used

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable

The cost of returning goods is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty.

9. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If goods arrive damaged or faulty:

  • Customers must notify us within 3 working days of delivery

  • Faulty goods will be replaced at our expense

If damage is visible upon delivery, it must be noted when signing for the parcel.

After 3 days, goods will be deemed to have been received in satisfactory condition.

However, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the products purchased are suitable for their intended use and comply with applicable safety regulations.
